Are you up for the first POD CHALLENGE? Here’s what to do:

Record your favorite line of movie dialog, as if you were the character in the movie who says the line. Each Library can submit as many as they want (try to include the name of the movie for each quote). We’ll compile them all next month into one, big movie quote bonanza!

Thanks for stopping by the County Library Teen Podcast! Stay a while, and listen to what teens from across Los Angeles County are saying. We'll be regularly posting podcast episodes, and at the end of each month we'll put them all together into one big Teen Podcast Show. Listen to the episodes that interest you, just the Teen Show, or subscribe to them all - it's up to you.

Want to participate? Contact your local County Library, and ask about podcasting.

What is a podcast?

A podcast is a bunch of audio files attached to an RSS feed. You can use a podcatcher (iTunes, Juice) or an RSS Reader (Bloglines, Google Reader) to subscribe to a feed. Once you're subscribed, new podcasts are automatically sent to your podcatcher so you don't have to remember to keep checking the Teen Podcast Blog.

How do I listen to a podcast?

1. Listen online by clicking the speaker icon next to each post.

2. Subscribe to one or both of our feeds using a podcatcher or RSS Reader. Click on the links under "Subscribe" on the right navigation bar, and copy and paste the URL into your podcatcher.

AllPosts feed = all the podcasts except the monthly Teen Podcast show

TeenShow = only the monthly Teen Podcast Show (a show featuring all the episodes from the month)
